We transform tucked-away treasures into modern heirlooms that celebrate the past while adding beauty and meaning to the present. We believe the “good china” should be enjoyed every day, not reserved for special occasions.
From our cozy Brooklyn studio, brimming with pre-loved porcelain, we offer a one-of-a-kind, by-appointment retail experience. Customers are invited to design custom tiered trays, tea sets, and more—using pieces from our curated collection or their own. At the same time, we are working on growing our e-commerce presence to complement this unique in-studio experience.

Part-Time Content & Customer Experience Specialist
The Brooklyn Teacup is looking for a creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Content & Customer Experience Specialist to help grow our brand online—and support customers in person. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s excited to create engaging content and also enjoys working face-to-face with people in a warm, design-forward retail setting.
You’ll support our small team by assisting with content creation, managing day-to-day social media activity, and helping deliver a memorable customer experience in the studio.
