Return Policy
What is your return policy for your online shop?
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, neither are we. If you don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days for a refund minus a restocking fee of $10 per item. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact hello@thebrooklynteacup.com to initiate the return. Refunds will be promptly processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, once we have confirmed that the item has been returned in the condition it was in when purchased.
Products that have been upcycled from your own china are NOT eligible for return. However, please contact us if anything is incorrect or unsatisfactory about your order so we can come to a fair resolution.
What if I receive a damaged item from the online shop?
If your order is damaged in transit, we will do our best to replace the item(s), provided that we have inventory in stock, or arrange a suitable alternative. If no suitable alternative can be found, we will be happy to provide a full refund. In this situation, we will ask you to photograph the damaged item(s), the shipping box (both inside and out), the shipping label, and any internal packaging materials such as padding or wrapping, so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please also hold on to the original packaging and damaged item(s) until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may request an inspection.
