What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, neither are we. If you don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days for a refund minus a flat restocking fee of $10. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact email@example.com to initiate the return. Refunds will be promptly processed within 5-7 business days, once we have confirmed that the item has been returned in its original, vintage condition.
Products that have been upcycled from your own china are not eligible for return. However, please contact us if anything is incorrect or unsatisfactory about your order so we can come to a fair resolution.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your order is damaged in transit, we will do our best to replace the item(s), provided that we have inventory in stock, or arrange a suitable alternative. In this situation, we will ask you to photograph the damaged item(s) along with the shipping box in which your order arrived, so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If no suitable alternative can be found, we will be happy to provide a full refund.
